We are honored to offer the personal Dining Set of noted designer/master craftsman Jeffrey Greene. This is a one of a kind, rare example of fine woodworking at its pinnacle.&nbsp;
It is best described in Jeffrey's own words:
<div>"The Dining Table and Buffet are made from planks sawn from a single log of solid Curly African Bubinga, all of which have an unusual and stunning curly figuring that I have only encountered once in the fifty years I have been working with rare hardwood. Solid African Wenge is used in the Dining Table legs and frame, hand cut dovetailed sliders, in the Buffet legs and top frame, as well as the Chair legs. &nbsp; The Brazilian Purpleheart trim on all pieces was skillfully hand carved with incised detailing. Dovetailed sliders are crafted in solid Black African Wenge. The Dining Table extension leaves have the same incised detailing as the main Table, providing a seamless visual.&nbsp; In addition to sharing the same incised detailing in Brazilian Purpleheart to match the table and chairs, the Buffet includes hand made brass knife hinges, solid African Bubinga hand cut dovetailed drawers, with details in African Wenge. There are two dovetailed interior drawers in the same solid Curly African Bubinga, with two adjustable shelves trimmed in African Wenge. &nbsp; The Dining Chairs are extremely comfortable and have the look of understated elegance in a timeless style. 10 of the chairs are in excellent condition, with 2 of the chairs needing minor tightening. They can be easily reupholstered if preferred. All pieces were originally designed by me for my home, to be loved and enjoyed by my family. This set is one of ten in this same design, but the only one with this specific combination of rare hardwoods.&rdquo;</div>
